Yes. CALYNX is designed to run on the official WhatsApp Business platform so bookings, reminders, and follow-ups happen reliably at scale.
Can I keep using Google Calendar?
Yes. CALYNX is built to check availability and create bookings on your existing Google Calendar workflow.
Can customers reschedule or cancel by message?
Yes. The same conversational flow can handle confirmations, changes, and cancellations without manual back-and-forth.
Can I keep using iCal (Apple Calendar) on my iPhone or Mac?
Yes. Simply add your Google Calendar account to the Apple Calendar app (iCal). All events sync automatically, so appointments managed by CALYNX will also appear on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Who pays for WhatsApp messaging costs?
During setup, each client connects their own WhatsApp Business Account (via Meta). Meta bills messaging costs directly to the client — not through CALYNX. Your CALYNX subscription covers the AI assistant, calendar automation, and platform access. The first 1,000 service conversations per month on WhatsApp are free.

I can't access the application, what should I do?
If you can't access app.calynxapp.com from Spain, your internet provider may be temporarily blocking access (this can happen during sports broadcasts). Solution: install the free '1.1.1.1' app by Cloudflare on your phone (available on App Store and Google Play) or on your computer (https://1.1.1.1/), enable it and try again. The block is temporary and resolves automatically within a few hours.
