  • We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure within the European Union. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. WhatsApp Data

We process WhatsApp messages solely for the purpose of appointment scheduling. Messages are stored securely to maintain conversation continuity. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

6. AI & Third-Party AI Services

Our application uses artificial intelligence to process and analyze certain user inputs. To provide these AI-powered features, we route relevant data through the following third-party AI service: Claude Haiku 4.5, provided by Anthropic and hosted via Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock. The purpose is AI-powered text processing and analysis. The only data transmitted to this service is the conversation input text entered by end users.

7. AI Processing — Data Scope

Only the text entered by the user during a conversation (conversation inputs) is transmitted to this service for processing. No personal profile data, account information, or Google user data is shared with or stored by AWS or Anthropic's model infrastructure. AWS Bedrock acts solely as a runtime inference layer; user data is not retained, used for model training, or accessible to AWS beyond the scope of processing the individual request.

8. Google User Data Sharing

Google user data accessed through our application is used exclusively to provide and improve the core features of this service. This data is never transferred to, shared with, or disclosed to any third party — including AI model providers — beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill the user's own request within a single session. We do not sell, license, or otherwise commercialize Google user data.

9. Limited Use Disclosure (Google API Services)

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
