CALYNX is a SaaS platform for automated appointment scheduling. We provide AI-powered conversation management via WhatsApp Business and integrate with Google Calendar for availability management.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have proper authorization to use the WhatsApp number you connect to our platform.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use CALYNX for spam or unsolicited messages.
• You must comply with WhatsApp Business policies and Meta’s terms of service.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Free and paid plans are available.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refund policy: pro-rata refunds are available for annual plans.

6. Limitation of Liability

CALYNX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed appointments due to technical issues or third-party service outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may delete your account and terminate your use of CALYNX at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
